    Unfortunately not. Only tenants of London Beauty Rooms Ltd are allow to promote their services on our website.

    We always do our best to help our practitioners succeeding, by:

    • Promoting our practitioners and their services on our website.
    • Providing practitioners with a Launch Pad full of advice (eg. getting more clients, professional insurance, etc.)

    We have carefully selected partners that will help you:

    • Creating your own website and S.E.O.
    • Creating your commercials brochures and business cards.
    • Finding the best affordable professional indemnity insurance.
    • Finding an accountant, online invoicing system, etc.

    I have 2 beauty rooms, located at:

    • 1 Harley Street – W1G 9QD – Tube station: Oxford Circus or Bond Street.
    • 231 Vauxhall Bridge Road – Tube station: Victoria or Pimlico

    If you can’t come for a room viewing, you can check the room details page on this site, or we can send you any other video or pictures of the room that might help.

    The deposit is the equivalent of 1 month’s rental fees only.

    This deposit is payed in order to secure the room and will be used in full or partially in the event of the tenant failing to pay the rental fees agreed for usage of the room.                                                    

    However, the deposit will then be refunded to the tenant at the end of the tenancy, according to the terms and conditions of the licence agreement, providing there is no rent owing and key/swipe card being returned.

    You can view a video and pictures of the room and/or you are welcome to come for a tour.

    If you are interested in a weekly slot, you will have to pay a deposit first (equivalent to 1 month’s rent).

    We will then write a licence agreement for you to sign and you will be asked to provide some documentation.

    You will have to provide, a copy of:
    • Your I.D. (passport or driving licence)
    • Your Qualifications (only for the treatments that will be carried out in the room)
    • Your Professional Indemnity Insurance

    Both rooms have to be taken on a weekly basis, payable per calendar month, on 20th before the month starts.

    You would only have 1 month notice to give.

    Yes, the price displayed includes water, electricity, VAT and Wifi.

    Yes, sharps and clinical waste are collected regularly.

    You have to bring your own couch rolls. I will provide you with a large peg with your name, to clip on your couch rolls.

    Towels are not provided, you will have to bring your own, especially if you use oil or wax as the towels can get very saturated and soiled.

    However, you may use the towels in the room, if you can do so and leave them in good condition for others to use.
